I have been working in the public and private sectors of land development for thirty years in Texas since 1985. As a project engineer and project manager I have worked on municipal and private development projects including retail, restaurant, commercial, industrial, infrastructure, railroad & airport, residential subdivisions, multi-family, DART commuter rail, stormwater pump stations, municipal water utilities, street reconstruction, and drainage systems. My projects range in size from 60 acres to 6400 acres.
